Retirement (ESOP)

An employee stock ownership plan. Basic is an employee-owner program that provides its workforce with an ownership interest in the company at no cost to the employees.

Other Hourly Benefits

• One week paid vacation after one year of service, two weeks after three years.
• Sick Pay: 3 days after one year of service.
• Bonus Program: All hourly employees are eligible for the Bonus Program after one year of service.
• Seven Paid Holidays: January 1st, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
• Health Insurance: Basic pays 70% of the HSA premium for the employee towards any plan chosen.
• Short Term Disability: BASIC pays 100% of premium.
