Discount Terms

BASIC offers a discount to customers who purchased qualifying volumes of asphalt concrete in the previous or current calendar year, as listed in the table below:

1,000 tons or more - a $1.00 per ton discount may be applied to the quantity of asphalt concrete purchased.
2,000 tons or more - a $2.00 per ton discount may be applied to the quantity of asphalt concrete purchased.
3,000 tons or more - a $3.00 per ton discount may be applied to the quantity of asphalt concrete purchased.
4,000 tons or more - a $4.00 per ton discount may be applied to the quantity of asphalt concrete purchased.
5,000 tons or more - a $5.00 per ton discount may be applied to the quantity of asphalt concrete purchased.

Customers who meet these qualifications may be eligible to receive a discount:

Customers purchasing asphalt concrete
Cash Customers with a BASIC cash customer number.
Credit Customers who have paid, and continue to pay in full for asphalt concrete purchases by valid means within 30 days of each monthly invoice for the entire calendar year.

Notes:

Discount is a credit to the FOB sheet price.
If the FOB street price is changed, the discount will be applied to the new price.
Only one discount rate may be applied.
Discount applies only to asphalt concrete.
BASIC will make final determination of eligibility and quantities.
This procedure may be applied or discontinued at any time.
