The No. 1 reason Basic Construction Company has been able to deliver high quality asphalt services and materials, as well as construction solutions throughout Eastern Virginia is because of our people.
Since being founded by Lloyd U. Noland in 1915, we’ve prided ourselves on quality training and professional service. Sure, we like hard work and we’re OK getting our hands dirty. But our real motivation for getting up each day and strapping on our boots is getting to work with our loyal customers. Working together to creatively solve problems, celebrating a project that’s well done – that’s what it’s all about.
At Basic Construction Company, we take a team approach to all projects that’s rooted in the fact that we’re employee owned. We’re all passionate about succeeding together and holding each other accountable. This means that our customers can always expect efficient project execution and professional service that’s a cut above the competition.
We’ve worked hard to build a team with a diverse set of skill and backgrounds. This includes employing both highly trained engineers and veteran contractors throughout the organization. This not only helps us approach problems from a variety of different perspectives, but it also helps us understand and relate to our wide range of customers.
